This Sunday the League Street Church of Christ Youth Ministry will have our 2018-2019 Preview in the youth room immediately following the Back to School Ceremony in the auditorium at 9:30 AM.  Join us first as we gather in the auditorium to honor our teachers, students and parents and after the dismissal from that we will use the last 30 minutes of Bible Class time to get an in depth look at upcoming events, service opportunities and more.

Join the youth group for Service Sunday on September 9th from 1-3 PM as we gather to pick up trash at our Adopt-A-Highway site on Highway 11 just past the city limits.  We will meet at the church and return there when we are done.  Wear jeans and bring gloves for this fun service day!

Our High School Retreat will be November 18-19 at Camp Deer Run.  Save the date on your calendars.  Sign ups for this trip will start in the next few weeks.

There will be a youth devotional this Sunday from 6-8 PM.  Bring $5 for supper, and a pair of work gloves (if you have some.)   Our last NETSYS devotional will be Monday night in Daingerfield.  We need at least one parent to serve as a chaperone for this fun time together.  We will leave the church at 5:15 PM and return at 9:30 PM.   Join us for Failure to Launch, a new series on Wednesday nights about how we grow deeper in our walk with Christ.  6:30-7:30 PM.  With the end of summer comes the end of our summer interns time to work full time with the youth. Our next Youth Devotional will be this Sunday, March 19th from 6-8 PM. The Middle School Retreat will be at Camp Deer Run in Winnsboro, TX Friday, March 24th through Sunday, March 26th. Our next LTC practice will be Sunday, March 26th from 12-4 PM. Tuesday Morning Prayer Breakfast happens every Tuesday school is in session at 7:00 AM in the fellowship hall at church.  Host for the coming weeks: March 21 - Kirk & Amanda Reams March 28 - Kirk & Amanda Reams (two weeks in a row!) Our next to last LTC Practice will be this Sunday, April 7 from 11:30 - 4 PM in the fellowship hall.  All parents and students need to be in attendance.  We will have one more practice on Sunday, April 14 for drama, puppets and chorus ONLY.  This will be immediately after the Easter Egg Hunt at 2 PM. Our annual LTC Event Preview will be Wednesday night, April 17th from 6:30-7:30 PM in the auditorium.  All members are encouraged to come and see what our young people and LTC coaches have been working on the past 4 months. League Street Church Camp registration begins this Sunday at noon.  Our church camp will be July 14-19 and is for students in grades 3-12 and their families.
