League Street Church of Christ Youth News

Our last Wednesday Night Youth Class of the year will be this Wednesday, December 16 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. There will be a singing devotional at the church December 23 and 30 but no adult, children or youth classes.   Tuesday Morning Prayer Breakfast happens every week school is in session at 7:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall.   Join us for this awesome time of prayer, Bible study and fellowship. The families who are slated to provide breakfast in the coming weeks are: December 15 - Bayuk January 5 – Reams There will be no Donuts and Devo this week at the HS due to impending matrimony. Six Flags Trip – The League Street bus and van will leave for Six Flags at 10:30 a.m.   this Saturday.   We will return at 11:30 p.m. Remember to dress warm, it will be a cold day of fun and rides! Youth Led Worship will be this Sunday night, December 20 from 5-6 PM.   We are moving up a week on the calendar this month because of families traveling.   Note: there will be no family dev

Winterfest applications are due this Sunday!   Winterfest applications are available at the youth bulletin board by the church office.   Winterfest will be January 15-17, 2016.   This trip is available to all students in grades 6-12.   Cost is $85 (that does not include the cost of 4 meals) before the December 13th deadline.   IF there is still room after the deadline it will cost $100 to sign up. Guys Bible Study and Girls Bible Study will meet together Monday, December 7 for a Christmas party at 6 PM at the church.   (You are invited to bring a $15 White Elephant gift!).   (There will be no Monday Night Bible Study during the rest of December.)
