Lake Day - Ready for a day at Cypress Lake?  6-12 graders and families are invited to join us this Saturday, June 10th from 4-8 PM for an afternoon of lake fun.  Bus leaves the church parking lot at 4 PM.  Bring swimming clothes, towels, water guns, etc.  Supper will be provided. 

Sunday Night Live!  Join the youth group and the entire church for a special worship time at 5:00 PM this coming Sunday night.  This time will be a blessing for all ages.  After this incredible service, youth and families are invited to go see Wonder Woman with the interns.  Bring $20 for supper & admission if you want to see the movie.

Area Wide Devotional - Our first Summer Youth Series is Monday, June 12 in Mt. Pleasant at the Northridge Church of Christ.  We will leave the parking lot at 6 PM and return by 9:30 PM.  Everyone should eat supper before we leave.

Fort Worth Mission Trip - Packing lists and parental release forms are out now for our mission campaign to inner city Fort Worth June 25-29. 

Church Camp! All students in grades 3-12 are invited to sign up for our church camp in lovely Centerville, TN, July 9-14.  Cost is $120 per person (multiple camper pricing available) and the  deadline is this Sunday, June 11th.

We have a Children's Church for ages 3 - Pre-K on Sunday mornings following our Children's Offering in room 103.  Workers will be:

News For August 7th, 2015

There will be a youth devotional this Sunday from 6-8 PM.  Bring $5 for supper, and a pair of work gloves (if you have some.)   Our last NETSYS devotional will be Monday night in Daingerfield.  We need at least one parent to serve as a chaperone for this fun time together.  We will leave the church at 5:15 PM and return at 9:30 PM.   Join us for Failure to Launch, a new series on Wednesday nights about how we grow deeper in our walk with Christ.  6:30-7:30 PM.  With the end of summer comes the end of our summer interns time to work full time with the youth. Our next Youth Devotional will be this Sunday, March 19th from 6-8 PM. The Middle School Retreat will be at Camp Deer Run in Winnsboro, TX Friday, March 24th through Sunday, March 26th. Our next LTC practice will be Sunday, March 26th from 12-4 PM. Our next to last LTC Practice will be this Sunday, April 7 from 11:30 - 4 PM in the fellowship hall.  All parents and students need to be in attendance.  We will have one more practice on Sunday, April 14 for drama, puppets and chorus ONLY.  This will be immediately after the Easter Egg Hunt at 2 PM. Our annual LTC Event Preview will be Wednesday night, April 17th from 6:30-7:30 PM in the auditorium.  All members are encouraged to come and see what our young people and LTC coaches have been working on the past 4 months. League Street Church Camp registration begins this Sunday at noon.  Our church camp will be July 14-19 and is for students in grades 3-12 and their families.
