Winterfest will be in Arlington, TX, January 13-15. Packing lists and parent information can be found on the League Street Youth Group Facebook page or receive a paper copy from Brad at church.  We leave a week from this Friday at 4 PM.  Are you ready?

LTC -  Our next LTC practice will be this Sunday, January 8 from noon until 4:30 PM.   If your child is participating in Leadership Training for Christ this year you need to turn in your child's name, grade and t-shirt size to Brad Sullivan.

Our Youth Devotional will happen this Sunday night from 4:30-6:00 PM.  Meet in the fellowship hall.  Guys bring 2 liter drinks.  Girls bring dessert.

It is so wonderful to have a church that supports our young people!  Many of our care groups and Bible classes have signed up to provide a lunch for our LTC practices.  We are in need of groups to provide just a few more lunches. The dates that still need volunteers are: January 22, March 5, April 9.  See Kirk Reams to volunteer.

Tuesday Morning Prayer Breakfast happens every Tuesday school is in session at 7:00 AM in the fellowship hall at church.  Hosts for coming weeks are:

We have a Children's Church for ages 3 - Pre-K on Sunday mornings following our Children's Offering  in room 103.  Workers will be:

News For August 7th, 2015

There will be a youth devotional this Sunday from 6-8 PM.  Bring $5 for supper, and a pair of work gloves (if you have some.)   Our last NETSYS devotional will be Monday night in Daingerfield.  We need at least one parent to serve as a chaperone for this fun time together.  We will leave the church at 5:15 PM and return at 9:30 PM.   Join us for Failure to Launch, a new series on Wednesday nights about how we grow deeper in our walk with Christ.  6:30-7:30 PM.  With the end of summer comes the end of our summer interns time to work full time with the youth. Our next to last LTC Practice will be this Sunday, April 7 from 11:30 - 4 PM in the fellowship hall.  All parents and students need to be in attendance.  We will have one more practice on Sunday, April 14 for drama, puppets and chorus ONLY.  This will be immediately after the Easter Egg Hunt at 2 PM. Our annual LTC Event Preview will be Wednesday night, April 17th from 6:30-7:30 PM in the auditorium.  All members are encouraged to come and see what our young people and LTC coaches have been working on the past 4 months. League Street Church Camp registration begins this Sunday at noon.  Our church camp will be July 14-19 and is for students in grades 3-12 and their families. The first five students who register beginning at noon Sunday, April 7 will win their choice of seat and seat mate on the trip to camp and one cleaning pass to exempt them from cabin clean up at camp!
