Leadership Training for Christ -   Our LTC team is in need of snack food and canned drink donations for our annual trip to the LTC Convention.  See Angelica Hernandez, Kirk Reams or Brad Sullivan to donate.  Your overwhelming generosity is a huge part of our success at LTC year after year.  Thank you to all of you who have served or will serve our young people.

Our next LTC practice will be Sunday, February 12 from noon until 4:00 PM. Families need to sign up for LTC lodging on the back wall of the fellowship hall.

Our next Youth Devotional will be Sunday, February 12.

Tuesday Morning Prayer Breakfast happens every Tuesday school is in session at 7:00 AM in the fellowship hall at church.  Hosts for coming weeks are:

Middle School Retreat at Camp Deer Run is March 24-26! Students and volunteers can sign up on the back wall of the fellowship hall.

DFW Girls Gathering, our yearly event for girls in grades 6-12 and their moms will be April 1.  Registration cost is $30 and you can sign up on the back wall of the fellowship hall.

We have a Children's Church for ages 3 - Pre-K on Sunday mornings following our Children's Offering  in room 103.  Workers will be:

News For August 7th, 2015

There will be a youth devotional this Sunday from 6-8 PM.  Bring $5 for supper, and a pair of work gloves (if you have some.)   Our last NETSYS devotional will be Monday night in Daingerfield.  We need at least one parent to serve as a chaperone for this fun time together.  We will leave the church at 5:15 PM and return at 9:30 PM.   Join us for Failure to Launch, a new series on Wednesday nights about how we grow deeper in our walk with Christ.  6:30-7:30 PM.  With the end of summer comes the end of our summer interns time to work full time with the youth. Our next to last LTC Practice will be this Sunday, April 7 from 11:30 - 4 PM in the fellowship hall.  All parents and students need to be in attendance.  We will have one more practice on Sunday, April 14 for drama, puppets and chorus ONLY.  This will be immediately after the Easter Egg Hunt at 2 PM. Our annual LTC Event Preview will be Wednesday night, April 17th from 6:30-7:30 PM in the auditorium.  All members are encouraged to come and see what our young people and LTC coaches have been working on the past 4 months. League Street Church Camp registration begins this Sunday at noon.  Our church camp will be July 14-19 and is for students in grades 3-12 and their families. The first five students who register beginning at noon Sunday, April 7 will win their choice of seat and seat mate on the trip to camp and one cleaning pass to exempt them from cabin clean up at camp!
