Only a few days left to sign up for Winterfest 2016!  Winterfest applications are available at the youth bulletin board by the church office.  Winterfest is an exciting youth rally in Arlington, TX that will be January 15-17, 2016.  This trip is available to all students in grades 6-12.  Cost is $85 (that does not include the cost of 4 meals) before the December 13th deadline.  IF there is still room after the deadline it will cost $100 to sign up.

Guys Bible Study and Girls Bible Study will meet together next Monday, December 7 for a Christmas party at 6 PM at the church.  (You are invited to bring a $15 White Elephant gift!).  (There will be no Monday Night Bible Study during the rest of December.)

Tuesday Morning Prayer Breakfast happens every week at 7:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall.  Join us for this awesome time of prayer, Bible study and fellowship. The families who are slated to provide breakfast in the coming weeks are:

December 8 – Brewer
December 15 - Bayuk
January 5 - Reams

David & Emily invite all high school students to join them at the HS in room 202 for Donuts & Devo at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday mornings when school is in session.

LTC Practice starts immediately after church on Sunday, December 13th.  Join us for lunch and an introduction to your coaches.  We will have fewer practices this year so do not miss this time together!  Lunch will start at noon with practice afterwards.  

Our last Youth Devo of the year will be December 13 from 6-8 PM.  Wear your fanciest Christmas sweaters and join us for a night of Christmas games and fun!

Six Flags Trip - Everyone is invited to join League St. Church for Holiday in the Park at Six Flags on December 19th from 10:30 AM - 11:30 PM.  The cost will be $35 per person (this does not include meals at the park) and will be due by Sunday, December 13th. Sign up for this trip at the youth bulletin board, or see Brad.

News For August 7th, 2015

There will be a youth devotional this Sunday from 6-8 PM.  Bring $5 for supper, and a pair of work gloves (if you have some.)   Our last NETSYS devotional will be Monday night in Daingerfield.  We need at least one parent to serve as a chaperone for this fun time together.  We will leave the church at 5:15 PM and return at 9:30 PM.   Join us for Failure to Launch, a new series on Wednesday nights about how we grow deeper in our walk with Christ.  6:30-7:30 PM.  With the end of summer comes the end of our summer interns time to work full time with the youth. Our next Youth Devotional will be this Sunday, March 19th from 6-8 PM. The Middle School Retreat will be at Camp Deer Run in Winnsboro, TX Friday, March 24th through Sunday, March 26th. Our next LTC practice will be Sunday, March 26th from 12-4 PM. There will be no youth devotional this Sunday, July 23rd.  We encourage our families to take time Sunday afternoon / evening to make a pan of brownies for our Area Wide Devotional Monday night. League Street will be hosting the NETSYS Area Wide Devotional on Monday, July 24 from 7-9 PM.  Every year we serve brownies and milk to 250 area youth.  Would you help provide brownies or milk for this event?  See Brad Sullivan to sign up. All Church Retreat – Sign up in the front lobby of the church for this exciting weekend in Broken Bow, OK August 4-6, Cost: $40. (The cost to stay in a cabin is $20.  The cost for all five meals is $20.)
