The Father / Son Campout has been cancelled due to weather.  Instead we will be holding a guys and dads lock-in at the church this Friday night from 9 PM until 7 AM Saturday.  The cost will be $10 a person (the money will go towards bowling at Classic Lanes and food.)  All dads and sons in grades K-12 are invited to attend.  Let Brad Sullivan know if you are planning on coming!

Care Group 7 is hosting our Youth Devotional at the church this Sunday night, November 8th from 6-8 PM.  Join us for a night of worship, games, good food and fun!  

 LTC event sign ups are in the church lobby.  NOTE: Sign ups will end at the end of the day Sunday, November 22 and there will be no late registration.  Leadership Training for Christ will be March 25-27, 2016 in Dallas. 

Guys Bible Study (hosted by David Westberry) for all guys in MS and HS meets at the church every Monday from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.

High School Girls Bible Study meets this Monday from 7:15 – 8:30 at Emily Helton’s home.

Tuesday Morning Prayer Breakfast happens every week at 7:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall.  Join us for this awesome time of prayer, Bible study and fellowship. The families who are slated to provide breakfast in the coming weeks are:

November 3 - Reams
November 10 - Santillian
November 17 - Swafford


David & Emily invite all high school students to join them at the HS in room 202 for Donuts and a Devo at 7:30 a.m. every Wednesday morning.

There will be a youth devotional this Sunday from 6-8 PM.  Bring $5 for supper, and a pair of work gloves (if you have some.)   Our last NETSYS devotional will be Monday night in Daingerfield.  We need at least one parent to serve as a chaperone for this fun time together.  We will leave the church at 5:15 PM and return at 9:30 PM.   Join us for Failure to Launch, a new series on Wednesday nights about how we grow deeper in our walk with Christ.  6:30-7:30 PM.  With the end of summer comes the end of our summer interns time to work full time with the youth. Our next Youth Devotional will be this Sunday, March 19th from 6-8 PM. The Middle School Retreat will be at Camp Deer Run in Winnsboro, TX Friday, March 24th through Sunday, March 26th. Our next LTC practice will be Sunday, March 26th from 12-4 PM. Our next to last LTC Practice will be this Sunday, April 7 from 11:30 - 4 PM in the fellowship hall.  All parents and students need to be in attendance.  We will have one more practice on Sunday, April 14 for drama, puppets and chorus ONLY.  This will be immediately after the Easter Egg Hunt at 2 PM. Our annual LTC Event Preview will be Wednesday night, April 17th from 6:30-7:30 PM in the auditorium.  All members are encouraged to come and see what our young people and LTC coaches have been working on the past 4 months. League Street Church Camp registration begins this Sunday at noon.  Our church camp will be July 14-19 and is for students in grades 3-12 and their families.
