Tuesday Morning Prayer Breakfast happens every Tuesday school is in session at 7:00 AM in the fellowship hall at church.  Hosts for coming weeks are: October 4 - Steve & Roxanne Swafford October 11 - Kirk & Amanda Reams October 18 - Larry Wardrup & Crystal Woehrl The next Youth Devotional will be October 9 from 6-8 PM at the home of Brian & Courtney Singleton.  The bus will leave the church at 4:45 PM. Beaver's Bend Canoeing Trip - October 15, 2016.  Enjoy a day on the river with grades 6-12 and their families.  Participants need to turn in $20 deposit to hold their spot. Walk 4 Water update - Thanks to your support our W4W event raised more than $4,600 for water wells in Ghana.  You are a blessing to this community and to those all over the world. Walk 4 Water - The League Street Youth Ministry is participating in Walk 4 Water this Saturday, September 24 in Mineola, TX.  We leave the church building at 7:30 AM Saturday morning and will return by 2:30 PM.  Walk 4 Water is a ministry of Healing Hands International, a Church of Christ aid organization that provides water wells to impoverished communities all over the world.  Ask a member of the youth group how you can help sponsor them at Walk 4 Water this year. Youth Led Worship is this Sunday night at 5 PM.  Young men should be at church by 4:45 to prepare for worship. Devotional this Sunday night following the Youth Led Worship.  We will be at Tommy & Gwen Panter's home from 6-8 PM.  Join us for devotional, games, s'mores and more!  Bus will leave church at 5:50 PM and return at 8:15 PM. The All Church Retreat is this weekend at Beaver Bend State Park in Oklahoma!  A van will leave the church parking lot at 1:15 PM Friday afternoon and return Sunday at 12:30 PM.  Packing lists and direction to Group Camp 1 at the state park can be found on the youth Facebook page or in the front lobby of the church. There will be no devotional this Sunday night for the League Street Youth Ministry.  Our next devotional will be August 28 from 6-8 PM. Sign up now for the All Church Retreat, August 19-21 in Beavers Bend, OK.  The cost is only $40 for a weekend of fun, fellowship, worship and food.  Last day to sign up is this Sunday, August 14.  Space is limited so turn in your forms or sign up in the church lobby today! Be sure to encourage Brianna Isham who is part of the cast for the community theatre production of Godspell, that is playing this weekend at the youth building at Shannon Oaks.  Showtimes are Friday and Saturday @ 2 & 7 PM and Sunday at 2 PM.
